It's hard to invest in this

As a founder, this is the hardest thing for me to invest money in…

But it also has the biggest payoff...

That's investing in myself.

I saw a post on here a few days ago saying as a boss, you should always pay yourself first.

At first I disagreed, but it definitely got me thinking…

🩷 To build the best company you can, you need to be the happiest, healthiest version of you.

I tried therapy for the first time this year,

It's been so helpful in learning about:

→ my toxic traits

→ my limiting beliefs

→ my patterns of behaviour

Because it means I can work on them and become a better human (and potential boss one day).

I've always found it so hard to justify money on myself.

But I've come to realise that those are the investments that have the highest ROI. 💰

So if you're debating whether you're worth the money, this is your sign to:

→ sign up to therapy
→ get the better gym membership
→ start working with a coach

Your future self will thank you :)
