My #1 hack to avoid burnout as a startup founder

That lets me smash goals AND actually enjoy my life:
I used to think that building a successful business would consign me to hustle culture hell for the rest of my life. 😫

BUT: 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 + 𝙣𝙤 𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙚 = 𝙗𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙤𝙪𝙩

I realised I'm much more productive when I switch between to extremes, rather than trying to be good at everything all at once.

Now I split my life in two distinct phases:

↳ I'm either in a planting 🌱 or blooming 🌸 phase.

Here's some examples to give you an idea:

Planting phase 🌱

◦ All-nighters to hit important deadlines
◦ Saying no to plans to get into bed early
◦ Being 100% on your fitness and nutrition
◦ Getting therapy and journaling religiously

Blooming phase 🌸

◦ Taking a bit more free time for fun hobbies
◦ Enjoying some 'unhealthy' food with friends
◦ Going to the beach to show off your gainzzz
◦ Allowing yourself to rest from self-improvement

💗 In short, if you want to make something of your life while also actually enjoying it, you need balance.

Maybe not in the day-to-day, but in monthly or yearly phases, just like everything else. 🥰

So here's a reminder that:

- Taking a break is crucial
- Celebrating wins is motivating
- Being present helps you stay grounded

Don't just build your life, enjoy it too :)
