I'm so over this mindset block

This mindset has BLOCKED my personal growth for FAR too long...

I'm SO over:

Always thinking about what parts of my life I need to improve…

Building a business, traveling Asia and keeping up a routine means my life often looks like this:

I'm invigorated with work
↳ But miss a couple of gym sessions.

I'm smashing my workouts
↳ But cancel plans with my friends.

I'm sleeping great
↳ But am eating less healthy than normal.

😞 It always feels like I'm sacrificing one goal for another.

But chasing these areas, trying to thrive at everything:

→ Gave me constant guilt
→ Made me feel less than enough
→ Focused attention on the negatives

Truthfully, it sent me into a tailspin!! 🫨

But recently I've accepted the fact that: I can't be amazing at everything all at once. 🤷🏼‍♀️

And just that realisation has been such a RELIEF!

Because now I can:

→ Give my all to the phase I'm in
→ Be present about what I'm doing well
→ Trust that other areas will get my attention eventually

And actually, I'm fine with doing two or three things really well for a while, knowing that a time will come where I shift to a different focus.

Life truly is cyclical, and this is your reminder today that you don't need to do everything all at once.

So whatever phase you're in right now, remember:

- It's okay to focus on one thing at a time.
- You're still successful if you aren't on top of things.
- The time for other priorities will come sooner than you think.

So don't put too much pressure on yourself :)
