Reflection.
Probably because it's a little uncomfortable 😬👇🏼
Being an ambitious person with big goals means it's easy to always be chasing the next thing.
👀 But the real value comes from reviewing and evaluating.
I needed to look back and learn from:
🏆 My wins
❌ My losses
💪🏼 My actions
To make my next big move more successful.
The best way to reflect?
➡️ Is to create space. ⬅️
I needed silence to:
→ Get new ideas
→ Process experiences
→ Make plans that excite me
Sometimes that means doing something other than work.
For me that's running, journaling and wandering through the city with no headphones.
I'm turning 26 in a few days and I want to reflect on how this transformational year had shaped me - and dream about where I wanna be in a year from now.
So this weekend I'm creating space to do that. 💭
