You need side projects
5 months ago, my little side project became a full-blown startup. Life completely changed, but you know what didn't?
My love for side projects. 😬
Turns out, when you're a creative person, that creator mindset doesn't just disappear because you become your own boss.
And I'm still allowed to dream big, experiment and just have fun on other little things outside of my business.
So even though I work WAY more hours that I did in my 9-5, I do still allow myself free, creative time.
And I'm working on some other little things right now that are really exciting. 🙊
But that doesn't make me any less committed to Journee.
Because who says your whole life has to revolve around one goal just because you work for yourself?
Spoiler alert: it doesn't. 🤷🏼♀️
