What I'm Doing Now

So, this is my first now update, so might as well start with a bang!✨

Last month I left my role as a digital designer.

Watching people come to the agency with ideas they were truly passionate about, and us turning them into reality was a constant reminder for me that if you set your ambitions high enough, one day you'll be the one calling the shots.

So do I have a new job?

Well, not quite. πŸ˜…

For the last 2 years, I've saved up all the money I could and worked freelance in the evenings and on weekends. All this was to put myself in the position where I can follow my passions and try to get my own ideas off the ground.

To give myself more time - and to live my most ideal life in the process - I've also moved to Đà NαΊ΅ng, Vietnam. πŸ‡»πŸ‡³

I've already fallen in love with this city for so many reasons:

πŸ’Έ Life here costs 1/3 compared to the UK. That means I have 3X the amount of time to build a business.

πŸ™ Great gyms, coffee shops and restaurants? Check.

πŸ‘©πŸΌβ€πŸ’» I've joined a new co-working space and the community of people here is already like a little family. The creative scene is thriving here!

🏝The weather is perfect every day, and living by the beach is a dream come true.

πŸ€— There's events on every night. I've already been to a vision-board workshop, a design meetup and an event where you answer deep personal questions with random strangers!

πŸ‡»πŸ‡³ The people of Vietnam are among the kindest I've met. I'm already taking Vietnamese lessons (It's about a million times harder than learning Spanish) to be able to connect with them more.

So what's next? Well, I've been working on something.

Can't wait to share more soon! 🀩
